WX Systems Limited has evolved from Wavionix Software Limited. Wavionix was formed in 1990 with the aim of developing software solutions in the field of air navigation procedures. As a result the company makes the new WX1™ Series software related to specific areas of aviation; instrument approach and departure procedures, aeronautical information service (AIS) and airspace design. WX Systems also supplies software for airport planning and analysis.

WX Systems provides a set of software tools, which enable the complex calculations of ICAO Doc 8168 for PANS-OPS, to be quickly and accurately drawn to develop a procedure. Using these software tools, procedures can be completed in a fraction of the time required when processing them via traditional, manual methods.
