As with every successful business product, imitation is the highest form of flattery!
We
have been notified by a number of clients that recently various
individuals/companies are attempting to sell products and services for
procedure design under the WavionixÓ and Wx SystemsÒ brand names.
As you will be aware the existing WPD Series of Software is being discontinued at this time and replaced by the WX1™ Series of Software. Given the above, we must re-iterate that training, maintenance, and consulting services relevant to the above two products can only be obtained directly from Wx Systems.
In most instances Wx Systems prefers to work directly with our clients on a face-to-face basis, but in some limited circumstances we do work with highly professional representatives/agents in specific geographic territories. If you are in any doubt as to the status of the person you are dealing with, please contact info@wx-systems.ch to ascertain whether the individual/entity concerned is an Authorised Wx Systems Representative.
It goes without saying that Training and Maintenance Services supplied by unauthorised individuals/entities carry absolutely no guarantees or recognition from Wx Systems.
Please help us fight this fraudulent type of business behaviour.
