AIRFORCE SIGNS NEW TRAINING CONTRACT WITH WX-SYSTEMS, 24 May 2005

PANS OPS Master Class on ILS and CRM was held at Wx-Systems Training Location in Switzerland in May. The Training Course was attended by 3 participants from the Navigation Department of the Egyptian Air Force.

This course focuses on the correct steps to be made when developing a precision approach, as well as exploring some special and more advanced situations, such as complex terrain/steep glide path angle approaches. The student will also learn how to use the new ICAO ILS-OAS program on CD-ROM, which replaces the famous green pages of PANS-OPS.

Wx Systems has provided the Egyptian Air Force with more than 10 Training Course the last four years with a total of 40 attendees. Most of these courses have been held in Switzerland, but Wx-Systems also supplied both On-site Training and Consultancy Work.
