WX Systems today announced its intention to seek immediate legal action against any entity either distributing or using its proprietary software illegally. Said CEO, Patrick Aisher: “We are aware that in the past, certain unscrupulous individual’s and businesses have attempted to pass themselves off as authorised distributors and agents of our company, but we have always managed to put a stop to it”. “Nevertheless”, continued Aisher, “we aim to ensure that only correctly licensed software is available on the market, and to educate potential customers that the only person who can sell them a WPD or WX1 Series Software License is WX Systems or its very few expert authorised representatives”.
WX Systems has licensed its proprietary software in more than 75 locations worldwide. It aims to encourage its existing user to report all possible suspicions of software piracy or fraud.
