Patrick
Aisher, CEO of WX Systems, the Swiss-based aeronautical software company, has
been appointed a Member of “SECA”: the Swiss Private Equity & Corporate
Finance Association. Aisher, one of the
founders of WX Systems who provided the business with seed capital in the very
early days, has had many years experience of private equity investments. WX Systems also has a broad shareholder
base, including a syndicate of investment companies, banks, and trusts that
were introduced in 1997 by the company’s corporate finance advisor, EFG Private
Bank in London
