WX SYSTEMS ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CHANGES, October 1 st 2005.

Richard Reynolds, the Chairman of WX Systems, today announced that Nils Lundstrom has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer (COO). “Nils joined the company in 2000 as Head Programmer and had the opportunity to work with Ian Whitworth, who had originally developed the Wavionix tool that the WX1™ is now based upon:, said Reynolds. “He has demonstrated his professionalism within the company, first when he was promoted to Technical Director in 2002, and more importantly in his commitment to the re-coding of the software tools”, continued Renolds.

As Chief Operating Officer, Lundstrom will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day management of the company. He will report to the Chairman and the Supervisory Board which is comprised of Julian Lee ( a Director since 1997) and George Yannaghas (a Director since 2001). As is usual with WX Systems key employees, Nils Lundstrom has been granted shares in the company.
